The Yale University Department of History invites applications for the Cassius Marcellus Clay Postdoctoral Fellowship. This two-year fellowship supports research in U.S. history with a specialization in the history of early America. The fellow will be affiliated with the Yale Early American Historians group and is expected to participate in its activities and to teach one course in the second year of the fellowship. Salary is $54,000 plus benefits and a research budget. Start date August 1, 2013.
