We are delighted to announce the launch of the ‘International Journal of Machine Learning and Applications (IJMLA)’, a new journal from AOSIS OpenJournals. IJMLA is currently considering papers for the second issue for inclusion in 2013 and invites you to submit manuscripts of the latest research. The double-blind peer-reviewed, high-impact publication aims to engage, inform, and catalyse scholarly discourse within the research and real-world practices of machine learning and its application, particularly within Africa and the developing world.
IJMLA is open access, meaning that there are no fees or subscription costs to readers who want to access it, whilst it adopts the AOSIS OpenJournals fully open-access publishing model with author charges. In addition, the journal is published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution
3.0 License, which allows anyone to freely reproduce any amount of the publication as long as the original work is properly cited.
Based on your professional accomplishments and experience, we would like to cordially invite you to submit your next manuscript to IJMLA for rapid publication. The journal will be devoted to the publication of refereed articles in English, covering all areas of machine learning, including but not limited to:
• Artificial intelligence
• Knowledge-based and expert systems
• Computational Intelligence and soft computing
• Knowledge discovery and data mining
• Pattern recognition and computer vision
• Natural language processing
• Computational Science.
The journal will address these developments within the discipline in the form of original studies, review reports and tutorial papers. IJMLA provides immediate, free open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
