I'm looking for co-panelists to participate in a session on Movement and Migration in Medieval and Early Modern South Asia during the 2014 AHA Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. The theme can be interpreted in a variety of ways including the movement and migration of individuals, groups, ideas, commodities at local, regional and/or inter-regional levels.

My paper will look at the migration of two sufi masters to Gujarat in the fifteenth century and the manner in which they negotiated their settlement in a new spatial context.
