The year 2014 will mark the fiftieth anniversary of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964. I am forming a panel for the 2014 OAH Conference in Atlanta to revisit the Act on the occasion of its semi-centennial. Send complete contact information, three-sentence bio, and a paper prospectus of no more than 250 words on a topic related to the C.R. Act of 1964 and/or its continuing importance to civil rights in the United States. Scholars at all points in their careers are encouraged to apply.
