I am happy to announce the opening of the first full Hebrew immersion program in Israel -- The Brandeis University/Middlebury Program in Israel, hosted by Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. The curriculum is designed for the intermediate-advance levels, and students adhere to Middlebury College Language Pledge for the duration of the program (semester or full year). In addition to Hebrew courses, students can enroll in program content-courses, specifically designed for language learners, or direct-enroll in regular university courses alongside local students. Studetns live in dorms with native speakers and capitalize on the vibrant campus-life at Ben-Gurion University.
