The 2nd JTF Kansai Seminar
JTF Kansai Committee will hold the third JTF Kansai Seminar 2012 as follows:
Theme: Intention of the Translation (tentative)
Lecturer: Mr. Koji Inokuchi
Mr. Koji Inokuchi, the Executive Director of Japan Translation Federation (JTF), who was graduated from School of Engineering, the University of Tokyo and acquired a master's degree from the Ohio State University, translated a book "Steve Jobs" into "Steve Jobs I & II" in Japanese. He will have a lecture from the points including "Intention for translation," "Skills required for a translator," "Pros and cons on translation support tools," "Understand the trend of translation," and "How to progress your translation ability" in the light of his experiences and deep insight of translation.
