The Center for Southeast Asian Studies at Ohio University announces a call for papers for its Fifth Annual Khmer Studies Forum, which will be held March 15, 16, 17, 2013. The Fifth Khmer Studies Forum has as its theme "identity": What is a Khmer? Who is Khmer? How is Khmerness recognized or expressed? We seek papers across a range of disciplines, and hope to receive submissions on topics addressing centers as well as borders, and new definitions as well as more traditional ones,
