Is anyone interested in presenting at SHEAR in July. We currently have a panel with a paper on naval administration in the U.S. from the Revolution through the War of 1812 and another on the experiences of American sailors pressed into the British Navy prior to the War of 1812. We're not set on a purely naval theme by any means and welcome any papers on military history, resource and manpower allocation, or military administration.
