The Sociology of Human Rights special issue of Sociology, journal of the British Sociological Association, will be launched at a seminar event on 2nd November 2012, from 6pm.
The special issue has been edited by Patricia Hynes (University of Bedfordshire), Michele Lamb (Roehampton University), Damien Short (School of Advanced Study, University of London) and Matthew Waites (University of Glasgow).
The launch event will features opening comments from Damien Short and Matthew Waites followed by presentation of three papers from the special issue by Professor Chetan Bhatt (LSE), Virginia Morrow (University of Oxford) and Darren O'Byrne (Roehampton University).
