Professor Paul Thompson from the University of Essex will be speaking at the first seminar in this year's joint Oral History Society/Institute of Historical Research seminar programme.
The seminars were launched last year, with the aim of providing a forum for the discussion of current research in oral history, particularly for students and academics.
The title of Professor Thompson's seminar is Pioneers of Social Research: Interviewing our own elites.
The seminar will take place in: room STB3, Stewart House, Basement.
