I'm seeking persons who would be interested in contributing to a panel titled 'Cooking Health: edible medicine and medical foods' that addresses the blurring between maintenance and restoration of health, domestic and professional approaches to health, and agents which cross the boundaries of 'medicine' and 'food'for the 2013 'Food in History' conference in London; the deadline for panel proposals is Dec 15 2012, so I'm aiming to gather together a group of 3-4 (three papers and a chair) by mid-November.
