The international conference of African scholars and practitioners is an all‐exciting reawakening research program of ECRC. The annual conference is designed to create a new platform where Young African scholars and practitioners from diverse fields as well as researchers, university lecturers, policy makers and other stakeholders from various countries within and outside Africa to discuss major developments related directly and indirectly to the black race. Through the ECRC international conference Postgraduates and PhD students from diverse academic background can unite, interact, exchange ideas and concepts.
This conference offers tremendous sponsorship benefits with both the opening and closing ceremonies billed to be attended by dignitaries like Heads of Government, key international and African Government Agencies, Organised Private Sector, academic institutions and civil society. Lagos, the commercial capital of Nigeria will be experiencing an influx of participants, with an estimated over 1000 participants from abroad, and the rest from within Nigeria for 3 days (26-28 November, 2012). There will also be about 50 support staff to ensure a successful hosting of the conference.
