Publication CFP: African American Economic Freedom Struggles After the Civil Rights Era, 1975-present
The African American Economic Freedom Struggle from 1975-present
This CFP is for an anthology that covers African American efforts to gain economic power and fight economic inequalities in the post-civil rights era. If you are doing work that addresses these struggles in this time period, please send me your idea.
There is no publisher yet for this volume, but I just sent the final manuscript to Routledge for an anthology called The Economic Civil Rights Movement: African Americans and the Fight for Economic Power during the Long Civil Rights Era, which will be published March 14, 2013.
This new anthology is the logical next step and I am confident that it will be easy to find a publisher.
If you have an idea for a chapter, or any questions, please email me by Thursday, November 1, 2012.
