Conference theme: Geo-aesthetics and World Peace. The conference brings together those who want to explore how aesthetics can contribute to or promote world peace. Participation is open to both academic and non-academic individuals. Fostering aesthetic experience that goes beyond the personal or private sphere is a part of the objective of the conference. The potential for an aesthetics that is earth-centered to contribute to world peace will be explored.Performance art to this end is also welcome.
Conference will be held at Towsonn University, Towson, Maryland, on March 8-9, 2013
