The CMR International Law Conference 2013 on Contemporary Issues in International Commercial Arbitration is organized by the Centre for Alternate Disputes Resolution, CMR Law School from the 22-24th February 2013. The Objective of this Conference is to put an insight into the issues and prospects related to Commercial Arbitration in the global scenario. The conference will focus on key issues covering:
Arbitral agreements and applicable law
Jurisdiction of Tribunal and Courts Interference
Arbitral Awards and its Enforcements
Trends and Developments in Arbitration
Employing Arbitration as a settlement mechanism in new areas.
CMR Law School extends to you an invitation to participate and share your knowledge and experience in making this seminar a fruitful and worthwhile endeavor.
