La Escuela Internacional de Investigación de Historia del Derecho, es una experiencia impulsada por el Instituto de Investigaciones de Historia del Derecho (Buenos Aires), el Instituto Brasileiro de História do Direito y el Max Planck Institut für europäische Rechtsgeschichte.
Ella pretende convocar a los más destacados jóvenes que se están iniciando en la Historia del Derecho, a reuniones anuales, con sede en las instituciones convocantes, con la posibilidad de participar en una única instancia, y que, acompañados por investigadores acreditados en la materia, puedan presentar sus respectivos proyectos de investigación al debate de nuestra comunidad científica.
