The WCEE 2013 organizing committee proudly announces the call for papers. You are invited to submit articles or case studies for presentation at the congress. Some of the subjects of interest include, but are not limited to, the topics below. Submit your proposal (in the form of an abstract not exceeding 400 words) via engineeringleaders.org by 1 Sept. 2012.

Important Dates
Abstracts (limited to 400 words) are due on 1 Sept. 2012.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by 15 Sept. 2012.
Full papers must be submitted by 1 Nov. 2012.
Final presentations must be submitted by 1 Dec. 2012.
Registration for authors of accepted papers must be completed by 1 Dec. 2012.
