Call for publications: Contributions wanted for a an upcoming volume of the "Post-apocalyptic Studies" series called "Apocalyptic turn".
The editors are searching for interdisciplinary scientific approaches to the topic "Why is there such big interest in the possible end of the world?" - especially in 2012.
From fictional depictions and prophecies to "real" global risks all kinds of approaches (and possible causes for the end of the world) are welcome.
