Papers on the following topics are required for an almost complete book project on Indian Drama in English about to be published from Pencraft India, titled UNMASKING POWER: SUBJECTIVITY AND RESISTANCE IN INDIAN DRAMA IN ENGLISH. Full papers in MLA 7 style need to be submitted within three weeks.
TOPICS:
1. Power in Asif Currimbhoy’s plays
2. Power in Gieve Patel’s plays
3. An Overview of resistance in the ‘Third Theatre’ or any other important movement in IDE.
4. Power in the plays of Nissim Ezekiel or Gurucharan Das.
Interested authors/researchers are requested to send a four-five line abstract to jaydipsarkarnbu@yahoo.co.in describing the thrust of the paper.
