As is widely known, the very existence of human race today is threatened by phenomena like climate change, rise of sea level, natural and man-made disasters. It is, therefore, desirable to elicit all round views for a healthy and sustainable human growth. The theme of the Conference has been so chosen keeping in view the recent happenings – be it nuclear, chemical or tsunami type disasters. A focused session on the role of Armed Forces in mad-made or natural disaster is also planned.
The conference is to take place on the 18th, 19th and 20th October 2012.
