We invite you to participate in the international scientific conference and scientific school for young scholars "Slavic Dialogues on the Border of Europe and Asia. Historical Memory: Clash of "National Histories" or the Way for Mutual Understanding?" which will take place on November 23 - 24, 2012.

The conference will be held following sections:
1. History as a Science and Social Consciousness: Impact and Points of Contact.
2. Historical Memory of War: Continuation of Confrontation or a Dialogue with the Former Enemy?
3. Image of the “Other” in Historical Memory of Nation.
4. History of Slavic World and Teaching History.
We invite historians, scholars, school teachers and graduate students to participate.
Interested participants are requested to send 300 word abstracts with the updated resume to email@example.com.
Deadline for abstracts is October 15, 2012.
We will inform participants of acceptance by 1st of November, 2012.
