Registration is still open for the 7th International Conference on African Development (ICAD). It is a multi-disciplinary international conference on African states. This year's theme is: Challenges and Opportunities for Good Governance for Sustainable Development through Global & Diaspora Partnerships with African States.
The conference will take place from July 27-29, 2012 at
Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA. Dr. Solomon Bililign from North Carolina A & T State University
will deliver the keynote presentation titled, “The need for interdisciplinary research and education for sustainable human development to deal with global challenges.”
Thirty abstracts for the 7th ICAD have been accepted from representatives of five countries--Ethiopia, Japan, Nigeria, Ghana, Ireland and United States--and 12 U.S. states--North Carolina, Michigan, Virginia, Kentucky, Washington D.C., Wisconsin, New Jersey, Texas, Ohio, Colorado, Missouri.
