The American Historical Association invites you to a summer reception to be held:

The AHA cordially invites visiting researchers and friends of the Association to attend the second Annual AHA Summer Reception at our Capitol Hill headquarters, Tuesday, July 31, 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Come meet fellow visiting historians using the city’s extensive resources, and a few DC-based historians who haven’t fled for the summer. Please note that space is limited. Drinks and light snacks will be served.
