The Stillwater Historians blog is happy to host History Carnival 111: Environmental History Edition. The History Carnival is a monthly showcase of blog writing about history. Beginning on the first of each month, the Carnival is hosted at a different blog to highlight a variety of approaches, perspectives, and themes. Each month the guest host collects nominations from around the web and selects the best content to present.
This month the History Carnival is featuring excellent examples of Environmental History blogging from around the world and around the web. Blogs offer a great way to present information to broad international audiences. Topics covered in this month's carnival include historicizing contemporary landscapes, using digital tools to visualize and tell stories about the environment and some issues relating to climate change.
We welcome you to visit stillwaterhistorians.com and take a look at some of the wonderful history blogs showcased in this month's History Carnival 111: Environmental History Edition.
