The Atlantic Millennium is an Atlantic-based journal published by the Department of History Graduate Student Association (DOHGSA) at Florida International University. Current issues of the journal are available online, and past issues are currently being digitized. Since the mid-fifteenth century, the Atlantic has provided a corridor for the exchange of people, ideas, and technologies defining and challenging entire communities across vast amounts of time and space. The Atlantic Millennium capitalizes on these multiple dimensions and seeks to publish works that enhance our graduate program's focus.

The Editorial Board of the Atlantic Millennium calls for academic papers between 20 and 40 pages, doubled-spaced, with footnotes formatted in Chicago Manual of Style. Scholarly book review submissions should be doubled-spaced, with all citation page numbers in parentheses, and include all bibliographic information. Book reviews should not exceed 1250 words. Reviewed books should not be published before 2010. We encourage book reviews from all continents and time periods.
