An edited volume on social problems in developing countries currently being created as a joint initiative of young scholars from several academic institution (University of Milan, Prague University, UCLA, University of Geneva)
It will be focused on contemporary social problems in developing world: social exclusion, marginalization, indigenous peoples` rights, immigration and displacement, citizenship, modern slavery, human rights, social costs of economic development, ect.
The editors invite potential contributors from the fields of sociology, political sciences and human rights.
Prospective contributors are invited to submit their initial proposals (250 words) and short CV to the editors by July 15, 2012.
The invited chapters are to be submitted by August 10 2012. The language of the proposed publication is English.
