The online journal "Euxeinos" explores contemporary cultural, political, economic and social issues in the Black Sea Region. Its title derives from the Greek word for "the Black Sea" "Pontos Euxeinos" ("Hospitable Sea"). The contributors are experts from the Black Sea Region and Western countries. Euxeinos is produced by the Center for Governance and Culture in Europe (University of St.Gallen, Switzerland)
