The 2nd annual Ravenclaw Conference celebrating the many intellectual issues raised by J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter saga will be held at Edinboro University, Oct 18-20, 2012. This year's theme is human rights and animal rights. The interdisciplinary conference brings together faculty and students (undergraduate or graduate) for academic presentation and discussion. Accepted papers are published online on Docutek by our Edinboro University Baron-Forness Library. The conference is one component of a 6 day Potterfest festival held on campus and in the town of Edinboro. More information can be gotten by going online to: potterfest.com
