A National level Interactive Workshop is being organized by Sugarcane Breeding Institute and the Indian Sugar Industry, with the support of the South Indian Sugar Mills Association, to commemorate their 100 years of growing together, during 26-27 June 2012 at Coimbatore, to discuss various issues pertaining to sugarcane agriculture in the context of the growing needs of the Sugar Industry.
The workshop will provide a platform for personnel from sugar & allied enterprises and development departments, researchers and Agri-business representatives to share their experiences on issues related to sugarcane agriculture and the sugar Industry.
Registration for the workshop closes by June 15, 2012.
