The Teachers Without Borders Introduction to Peace Education supports educators in their professional development as peace educators and connects them with like-minded colleagues around the world through a supportive virtual learning environment. The 3-part online course invites participants to learn about peace education theory and practice, and how to apply it to their personal and professional lives. Module 1, Core Concepts, explores peace education theory through its history, definitions, and key theoretical principles. The coursework consists of weekly discussion forums and assignments.
