THEME: READING AND WRITING ACROSS THE CURRICULUM
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Thomas E. Kennedy, Fairleigh Dickinson University, fiction writer,author of The Copenhagen Quartet, In the Company of Angels, Falling Sideways and other fiction
Panel proposals and paper abstracts are invited on all aspects of language arts pedagogy that are related to best practices in teaching. Undergraduates and graduate students are encouraged to submit papers. Abstracts are limited to a maximum of 250 words. Brief bios of 175 words are required. Electronic submissions are requested. Presentations should be limited to 15 minutes.Panels are limited to four (4) presenters per panel. Papers and panels are solicited on:

□ Creative writing
□ Creative writing pedagogy
□ Composition pedagogy
□ Teaching foreign languages
□ Culture, nonverbal communication, and classroom management
