Janua Sophia is an undergraduate journal of philosophy founded in 1998 and published every fall by the Philosophy Department at Edinboro University. Essays submitted are blind refereed. Submissions should be the original work of the author and may address any philosophical topic. Authors should avoid the use of first-person pronouns such as "I" or "my" in papers submitted to us. Special consideration will be given to essays which deal with Eastern thought and the relationship between Eastern and Western thought.
The priority submission deadline for being published in the next fall's issue of Janua Sophia is March 1. Essays submitted after that deadline can be considered for subsequent year's issues. Submissions and inquiries should be sent to: cfowler@edinboro.edu For more detailed information on paper submissions and format, see .
