The proposed volume will examine the rhetoric in works by W.E.B. Du Bois. This particular research, the rhetorical strategies used in his works, will be the first of its kind featured in a collection of essays devoted exclusively to his works and his motives in general. W.E.B. Du Bois was one of the greatest rhetoricians of all time but rarely examined in regards to his propaganda in his essays, novels, etc., All chapters featured in this highly anticipated anthology will be cutting edge, for many of his approaches continue to be applied but often unnoticed in the 21st century.

Our proposed edited volume will be structured by theme and also in chronological, according to W.E.B. DuBois's works.

We encourage interested contributors to forward a 300-500 word abstract, along with a brief curriculum vita, to Dr. Monique Leslie Akassi at Dr.Monique.Akassi@gmail.com by June 1, 2012. Successful authors will be notified by July 1, 2012. Completed essays must be received by September 15, 2012.
