The argument around the “who is who” question, especially in the new globalized world, gave
rise to our conference. The conference is going to be devoted to the negotiation of identity in the broadest
contexts possible related to language and literature. Thus, we cordially invite both young and
senior scholars, from various national and international academic institutions, to present papers
representing various research fields related to the conference topic: history, philosophy, popular
culture, education, language studies, literary studies, theatre
studies, translation studies, film
studies, gender studies, etc.
