Artefact Journal, the journal of the Irish Association of Art Historians, calls for submissions from new and emerging graduate and post-graduate researchers on topics related to Irish art history, design history, material and visual culture studies. We will also consider more internationally focused subjects from Irish-based scholars.
The Deadline for submissions is June 5th. Submissions, following the journal style-guide, should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Articles should be between 3,000-5,000 words long. Exhibition and book reviews should be between 1,000-2,000 words long.
Artefact is an annual, peer reviewed journal, published in print by the Irish Association of Art Historians with support from Crawford College of Art and Design (Cork Institute of Technology), the Institute of Art, Design and Technology (IADT) Dun Laoighre, the National College of Art and Design, Trinity College Dublin, University College Cork and University College Dublin.
