CONFERENCE LOCATION: The MPCA/MACA conference is Friday, October 12 through Sunday, October 14, 2012, at the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel in Columbus, OH. 50 North Third Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. The Marriott hotel. Tel: 1-614-228-5050. Fax:1-614-228-2525.

The hotel is 10 minutes from Port Columbus International Airport (CHM). This hotel does not provide shuttle service. REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: A luncheon and continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

MEDIA/AV EQUIPMENT: AV equipment will be rented from the hotel by the Association. ONLY TV/DVD PLAYERS WILL BE AVAILABLE. Panelists must request their DVD player at the time they submit their proposal.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM: To be posted on the website as soon as possible (around Aug). Printed copies of the program will be distributed at the conference.

MEMBERSHIP DUES & REGISTRATION FEES: Membership renewal forms for the 2012 calendar year and 2012 conference registration forms will be available on the website in the coming weeks. The membership fee will be $80 ($50 for students with ID, retirees, and unemployed). The registration fee will be $110 ($80 for students with ID, retirees, and unemployed). The late fee will be $15 for all payments received on-site or postmarked after September 15, 2011. Note: Fees are subject to change without notice.
