Registration is now open for “Textiles and Politics” the Textile Society of America’s 13th Biennial Symposium being held in Washington D.C., September 19-22, 2012 at the Washington Court Hotel.
The symposium promises to be the TSA’s largest and most comprehensive to date. It will feature over 200 presentations from various textile-related disciplines and interdisciplinary areas, including anthropology, art, art history, conservation, cultural geography, design, economics, ethnic studies, history, linguistics, marketing, political science, and theater.
