The British Society of Sports History (BSSH) is seeking to establish regional networks of sport and leisure historians across the UK. These networks are intended to unite people with an interest in the histories of different leisure formats (such as sport, cinemagoing, reading, music, shopping, etc) both within the academy and beyond.
We are therefore conducting a survey of BSSH members and non-members alike to gauge the level of interest in joining and participating in these networks. The survey can be found here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/P3PK9JP; it will only take minutes for you to fill in, and respondents will be entered into a prize draw for two £25 book vouchers, which will take place at the BSSH's annual general meeting in September. The deadline for completing the survey is Saturday, 30th June.
If you would like to find out more about the regional sport and leisure networks, or to discuss them further, please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
