Topics may include (but are not limited to) the following: utopian/dystopian depictions in popular literature, film, art, music, new media, as well as practices in social or religious movements, or intentional communities past or present. Case studies are also welcome.
Please upload 250-word abstract proposals on any aspect of utopia/dystopia to Nancy A. Schaefer, Western Illinois University, http://submissions.mpcaaca.org/.
Please include name, affiliation, and e-mail address with the 250-word abstract. Also, please indicate in your submission whether your presentation will require a TV and DVD player. Note that LCD projectors will not be provided by MPCA/ACA.
