Monkeyelephant approach of training is a method to enhance the physical awareness, boost the level of motivation, commitment and endurance. It helps to develop strength and organic development of the body to create expressive skills. The techniques focus on the bodywork, especially the lower body and feet: almost all types of Asian classical dance and theater practices take as a basic principle as working with centre of the body, psycho-physical centre (Hara) connected to the feet and the ground.
