International Women's Human Rights Summer Course is scheduled on April 30 to May 5, 2012 at Miriam College, Philippines.
Running on its 14th year, IWHR is a regular academic-based women’s human rights course offered in the Philippines. The program discusses the use of international human rights instruments from a gender and rights perspectives in analyzing complex issues of discrimination, inequality and oppression brought about by the intersecting factors of class, gender, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, and others.
