The 2012 Spors Heritage Network conference is designed for everyone with an interest in sport and its history. It will examine contemporary and historical issues in sport with speakers drawn from the academic, sporting and museum worlds.
The event takes place at Lord's Cricket Ground, and will include an evening reception and tours of the ground.
Jonathan Edwards CBE will deliver the opening address. Other confirmed contributors include John Inverdale, Christopher Martin-Jenkins, Henry Olonga, David Kynaston, Sir Menzies Campbell, Professor Tony Collins, Guin Batten and Dr Martin Polley.
Tickets for the day are £90 and £70 (concessions).
