CALL FOR PAPERS

The VLSI Design and Test Symposium (VDAT 2012) is the sixteenth in this series of symposia started in 1997 devoted to design, test, fault tolerant computing and the design of reliable circuits and systems.

SCOPE:
Original papers in the broad area of VLSI design and testing are solicited. Areas: Analog/Digital VLSI Design, Optoelectronic devices and circuits, MEMS, Testing and Verification, Embedded Systems, Nanoscale computing and nanotechnology, Reversible computation, Nano-Electro-Mechanical Systems (NEMS).
