With a very short notice, Marie C. Nelson and I (Lotta Vikström) have been asked to help organize a Disability Session, for the Social Science History Association (SSHA) Meeting in Vancouver, November 2012:

The session will be organized within the Health/Body/Medicine Network. In case you are interesting in participating in it and sharing findings related to disability issue in past and present society, please be welcome and submit a paper proposal. Marie and I have some preliminary ideas of having one panel focusing on disability, gender and intersectionality, but other topics are interested as well.
