Cork studies in the Irish revolution: conference on the third home rule crisis 1912-14
Papers of up to 20 minutes duration or proposals for panels of up to four speakers are invited for the first conference in the series ‘Cork studies in the Irish revolution’, on the subject of the third home rule crisis of 1912-14, which is to be held in University College Cork, Ireland, between Friday 19 and Saturday 20 October, 2012.
Papers may deal with any aspect of the crisis. Proposals from all disciplines are welcome in order to encourage discussion on as many aspects of the period as possible. Postgraduate students are particularly encouraged to offer papers.
Abstracts of 250 words may be submitted via the online form, or e-mailed to g.doherty@ucc.ie. Proposals for complete panels with a list of participating speakers and abstracts should be submitted by email.
The closing date for proposals is Friday, 6 April 2012.
