Viewpoint Magazine welcomes radical history submissions!
Viewpoint Magazine is an online review of contemporary politics. Its starting premise is that the history of capitalism is the history of the struggle between capital and the working class. Our task is to articulate the proletarian viewpoint at the level of theory.
So we begin with rigorous investigations of work, the structures of work, and the implicit political tendencies of those who work. After carrying out this inquiry, we can begin to identify a program contained in existing struggles. But the goal is not only to anticipate future activity; it is to consolidate that program in a manner that strategically develops the interests of the class, generalizes its movement, and advances its autonomous power.
