I am soliciting papers on Civil Religion in America for a panel at the American Society of Church History conference in New Orleans, to be held January 2013. The purpose of the panel will be to explore documents and forms of civil religion in twentieth century America. My paper considers Eisenhower’s ‘little prayer of my own’ and its place in the American civil religious corpus. Interested scholars may contact me by e-mail at susan_moudry@baylor.edu .
