The History Graduate Student Association at LSU is seeking conference presenters in the field of African postocolonialism. Those interested should send a brief, 300 word prospectus to hgsa@tigers.lsu.edu as well as a vita.
The 3rd Annual HGSA Graduate Student Conference will be held March 23 and 24 on LSU's campus in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Over 80 presenters from 30 different states and four different countries will be present.
The keynote speaker this year is David Armitage, the Lloyd C. Blankfein Professor of History at Harvard University.
