I am looking for participants for a panel I am organizing for the AHA Annual Meeting, scheduled for January 3-6, 2013 in New Orleans, LA. The theme of this year's meeting is "Lives, Places, Stories" and the panel is about new research on the history of Black Power and the Black Panthers in the US. Current paper proposals include research on Fred Hampton (Chicago Panther), and the FBI's surveillance and attempted disruptions of radical activism in the 1960s/1970s.

Paper must be no more than 300 words and 250 words for the biographical statement/CV for all participant, which must also be included for all submissions.
