The 2012 annual meeting of the Louisiana Historical Association will be held March 1-4 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans. This year's program features distinguished historians as well as graduate students from around the United States presenting cutting edge research in a variety of sub-fields, and a special plenary session devoted to the 200th anniversary of Louisiana statehood.
